Powered by a 30 hp electric motor, the M400SS-30E gives you a maximum cutting depth of 13 inches.

Merit’s 400SS Series flat saws are self-propelled and feature a heavy-duty, fully-welded 1/4 inch steel frame along with an enclosed motor and differential.

400SS Series models may be configured for front- or rear-pivot maneuvering. Other features include:

* Your choice of 1- or 4-Speed (front pivot available in 1-speed only)
* Your choice of Standard or Quick Disconnect blade attachment (front pivot available with standard blade attachment only)
* Your choice of Lever or Button controls (front pivot available with lever controls only)

Your Merit flat saw comes standard with an LED light kit.
